I understand that an additional 30% building usage fee payable to the building management will be charged if my shoot extends outside the studio or within the building premises.

I understand that a parking fee starting at $150 + HST will be charged if a vehicle related to my booking needs to be on standby by the driveway during the booking or if it cannot fit in our allotted parking space.

I understand that a security deposit will be held before my booked time and refunded to me if there are no damages and/or overtime.
